Kamparoo Transcontinental

Hehe. I like how we see:

  • a giant black square piece, and
  • teh tip of a blue triangle

…and we’re all. Right! I can totally see how that all goes together now!

So I’m totally WAGing here but I think the black piece is the checkerplate top/cover/floor (when open) and the smooth blue piece is one of the triangles on the side at the back that flips back…

See? Hazy as a juicy IPA…

I can see it now! Haha.

Is that a flooring choice I’m seeing to boot?

And how well insulated is this going to be?

As far as insulation goes? It’s a heavy canvas tent so any attempts to insulate would probably be very bulky and hard to store. Instead I will just go with a bigger than necessary heater I think? Probably diesel heater housed in a tongue box? But those are considerations for the future…

For right now, a rolling tub is now visible.

The flooring is the same linoleum that comes in all of them as far as I know. Here are a few other shots that I didn’t post before…

3 CHEERS!

Looks great, Phil! I hope it tows real nice–and takes to bouncing well, too.

She’s home and fabulous.

Towed like it wasn’t there. Fits in garage extension. Now getting some more add ons before the big May trip.

First among these is a tongue box.

Looking forward to seeing this thing in person next month. So wild how it looks both tiny and massive at once. Form following function!
